We are very proud of these reviews. Check out Twitter and Facebook for posts by schools about our workshops.

Hi Nick,
Just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. I've heard only fantastic things about the workshop and the children thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lisa Sanford, Key Stage 2 Leader, Pentland Field School, Uxbridge

Good morning Nick
We had a wonderful day yesterday with Ian’s Lego workshop. The children absolutely loved the sessions and they were all really engaged. Our headteacher, Janice Mardell, is going to our local cluster meeting of Headteachers this morning, so she is going to recommend JuniorSTEM and pass on your details.
As an aside, my husband, Tim Dobson, works at the University of Northampton as Schools Engagement Manager. He was really interested to hear that Ian was in school yesterday and would like to contact you. I have passed your details on to him.
Thanks again for a great day and we look forward to working with JuniorStem again next year.

Isabel Dobson, Overstone Primary School, Northampton

Hi Nick,
I just wanted to say thank you very much for your visit to Foster’s yesterday.
The children and staff were really engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the project. We loved how organised you were – even down to the Lego brick organisation and how you pulled in other subject knowledge for them to make links with. You kept the children challenged, focused, engaged and calm with such an exciting project. It was lovely to see those “Wow!” moments when they had managed to make their simple Lego construction move, make noise, light up etc. It was also a great opportunity for us as teachers to be able to stand back a little and observe how the children coped with problem solving, sharing, following instructions and creativity.
We will be sharing your website/company details on the school website.
Thank you again and best of luck with the future.

Jo Buttigieg, Fosters Primary School, Bexley

Hi Nick,
I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to send you and Ian over a huge thank you!
Ian was brilliant and arrived in perfect time despite the terrible Nottingham traffic!
All the staff were extremely impressed with the professionalism and organisation.
The activities offered were accessible to all the children and accommodated for every learner across key stage one- the kids were buzzing! We've even had parents coming in to find out and ask for names to purchase the Bluetooth motor sets!
Again, thank you so much, let me know if we can help out with a review or anything for the website and we look forward to future dates!

Audrey Huskisson-Moore, Round Hill Primary School, Nottingham

Hi Nick and Ian
Our Year 2 children had a fantastic day. The sounds of ooo and arrrr that tell you that they have been wowed was brilliant to listen to. The children were fully engaged with what they were doing and they had time to explore and investigate by themselves making sure that it was a fully hands on experience. The software was excellent, the lego packs were excellent and the Ian was excellent. Great interaction with the children in a fun learning way. A truly memorable day for the children. Thank you.

Sadie Davison, Year 2 Teacher, Kidgate Primary Academy, Louth

I just wanted to say a big thank-you for today. All of the students had a great time and learned loads and feedback from all staff involved and parents from both year groups was very positive. We thoroughly enjoyed your sessions and I look forward to working with you again! I will be in touch as soon as I have news.

Gry Nielsen, Gifted and Talented Co-ordinator, Burford High School, Oxfordshire

Afternoon,
I'd like to say a big thank you for the Lego day on Friday amidst the chaos. The children thorouhgly enjoyed the day and we look forward to having you back again for our Y5 class next year. Thank you

Sarah Fisher, The Priory Catholic Voluntary Academy, Eastwood, Nottingham

Thank you so much for today Nick. You were absolutely brilliant with the kids and every workshop was superbly planned and delivered. I hope you got home ok. I would be very interested to book you again in the new year.

Leanne Barr, Headteacher, Allington and Sedgebrook CE Primary School, Lincolnshire

Hi Nick, I wanted to write to say a huge thank you to you and to Lucy - the children really enjoyed their sessions with you and the pupils blogging about the day have been really enthusiastic as a result of the time you gave them. We were very grateful that you came all that distance, and hope you didn't feel too terrible after the day was over, having worked in a very hot classroom!

Natalie Rose, Y6 Teacher, Hertsmere Jewish Primary School, Hertfordshire

Many thanks for coming to lead our STEM session at Orchard today. The feedback from the children, in all three classes, has been entirely positive. I had the chance to spend some time discussing the session with my class; they said it was one of their highlights of this year!

Feedback from the children included the following points:

- they liked the way the resources were organised, making it very easy for them to find the things they needed, allowing them more time for building.

- they enjoyed the pace of the session - at first they were worried they would not be able to keep up. However, they felt that the slides helped them to take things step by step and thus never fell behind.

- they all said they enjoyed the fact that they did not have to do too much writing. There were just 2 simple tick sheets, relating very clearly to the tasks in hand.

- they all said that they liked the fact that, once they had completed the focus task, they were allowed some time to experiment with their own design ideas.

Staff commented on the fact that it was lovely to see some of the children who struggle in class come into their own in the session. It allowed us, as teachers, to be observers, and I think we all noticed skills in engineering that we perhaps had not identified before. We all enjoyed working with you are were impressed by the amount of material you managed to cover in such a short time. Your organisation was impeccable and the session ran seamlessly. You had excellent control, at all times, and the children responded really well to your rules and high expectations.

We hope you enjoyed your stay in the New Forest and trip to the Motor Museum. Thank you again for a most enjoyable day and we hope to be able to repeat this STEM experience for our pupils in the future. Kind regards, The Year 6 Team

Orchard Junior School, Dibden Purlieu

Ok, so I'm writing to say thank you. Everyone absolutely loved your sessions at Tennyson Road (Luton). The staff and the children are still discussing it and it has reignited the buzz around technology that I was hoping for. Nothing but positive feedback for your workshop.

Seetal Ghandi, DT coordinator, Tennyson Road Primary School, Luton

Thank you so much Nick for an amazing workshop. The children were engaged, the resources brilliant and the delivery spot on. This ticked all the boxes. I have no hesitation at all in recommending your workshops to others and will certainly be inviting you back. This has been by far the most professional workshop I have had the pleasure of booking! All the best for the future!
